The minimum order is 50 units per SKU with a case pack of 1, production takes 7 business days from cleared payment, and freight is billed on chargeable weight — the greater of actual and volumetric weight at 5,000 cm³ per kilogram. Orders above $3,500 ship economy freight free, orders above $2,000 are settled by bank transfer, and anything above 150 kg chargeable weight moves as palletised freight.

Chargeable weight and freight
Freight is quoted on chargeable weight, not on the invoice subtotal. Chargeable weight is the greater of the actual packed weight and the volumetric weight of the carton, with volumetric weight calculated as length × width × depth in centimetres divided by 5,000.
Worked example, 70 × 100 cm / 28 × 39 in: 73 × 103 × 6 = 45,114 cm³, so its volumetric weight is 45,114 ÷ 5,000 = 9.02 kg. That is heavier than the packed unit’s actual 4.4 kg, so this SKU is billed on the volumetric 9.02 kg — the figure in the chargeable column above. 8 of the 14 SKUs are bulky enough for the volumetric figure to win instead; both columns are printed above.
Orders above 150 kg chargeable weight move as palletised freight. Those are quoted in writing before production starts, and orders above $3,500 ship economy freight free.

Moving from the entry breakpoint to the second lowers the unit price by 25%, and moving to the top breakpoint lowers it by a further 33% — up to 50% below the entry price at the top tier. The cart applies the matching breakpoint automatically as quantities change.
