What we collect

• Account data: business email, contact name, company, phone, country, tax ID.
• Order data: shipping address, order lines, payment method and transaction references.
• Technical data: pages viewed, referring source and approximate location, via privacy-first analytics.

Why we collect it

To operate your trade account, fulfil and support orders, prepare export documentation, and meet tax and customs record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cart, currency and destination country. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the banner — if you reject, no analytics script runs at all. You can clear both at any time from your browser.

Payment data

Card details are collected and processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers — we receive only a transaction reference and confirmation of payment status.

Processors we rely on

• Stripe and PayPal for payments.
• Our hosting and database provider for application data.
• Resend for transactional email.
• Carriers and customs brokers, limited to what is required to ship your order.

Retention

Order and invoice records are retained for the period required by tax and customs law in our jurisdiction — typically seven years. Account data is deleted on request once no open orders remain.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mofastory@163.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
