Request bulk quoteThe twenty-eight mansions (xiu) are the Chinese equivalent of the zodiac — the sky divided into four quadrants, each ruled by one of the four symbols: the Azure Dragon, the Vermilion Bird, the White Tiger and the Black Tortoise.
This chart draws the full ring of lunar lodges against the northern and southern circumpolar stars, with the five planets and the moon's path alongside to show where the two systems agree and where they diverge. Deeply worked in black and gold, it hangs well in a dark room and photographs beautifully, which makes it a strong listing image for online sellers.
